Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior-level Litigation Associate to join its team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates should have over one year of litigation practice experience and hold an active Nevada Bar license. Responsibilities Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prepare for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities. Engage in motion practice and deposition activities. Conduct thorough research and provide exceptional advocacy. Draft and negotiate legal documents with precision. Requirements 1+ years of litigation practice experience. Active Nevada Bar license. Strong academic credentials. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in Nevada. Skills Exceptional research and writing abilities. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
