Senior Airline Ticketing Specialist

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Airline Ticketing Specialist will manage day-to-day ticketing functions across multiple GDS systems, ensuring high accuracy in transactions while supporting agent satisfaction and account profitability. Key responsibilities Perform ticketing functions, including complex exchanges, voids, and refunds, while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate Build relationships with internal and external customers, managing group air bookings and resolving client issues Identify and implement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs within the ticketing operations Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of multi-GDS ticketing experience Strong understanding of travel agency operations and customer service relationships Proficient in at least one GDS system with the ability to learn others Familiarity with airline group policies and procedures Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
