About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the development and launch of its groundbreaking autonomous blood-drawing technology. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a pioneering mindset, dedicated to driving cutting-edge solutions that will revolutionize patient care. Key responsibilities include project management, technical expertise in mechanical, software, and electrical engineering, involvement in sales conversations to ensure product-market fit, HR leadership for a large engineering team, and active participation in production and supply chain management.
