The position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and consistent effort throughout each shift.
Warehouse Specialists:- Earn $20.50 - $23.00 per hour base pay - includes shift differentials and premiums
- In addition, performance incentives provide the opportunity to significantly increase hourly earnings, with many top performers earning an additional $3.60 - $9.01+ per hour based on performance
- Paid weekly
- PTO programs available - Includes holidays, vacations & sick time

- Overnight shift: Sunday-Wednesday
- Sunday shift availability required
- Start time: 6:00 PM
- Shift length: 10 hours

- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Availability on weekends and holidays may be required
- Be a safety champion and actively contribute to our safety-centric culture
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
- Preferred: Warehousing, distribution, farming, light industrial/manufacturing, or construction experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment
- Preferred: Comfortability using voice-directed systems
