Qualifications and Experience

• Active COTA license in the state of Arizona
• Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, educators, and support staff
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation for all services provided
• Support the implementation and monitoring of individual therapy plans in a school-based setting
• Consult and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including regular coordination with Dr. Bonner
• Participate in IEP meetings to share findings and help develop student goals
• Adapt strategies and interventions to meet diverse student needs
