Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Conroe, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a busy retail distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue – 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed – 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat – 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun – 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution center, including the building perimeter, parking areas, access points, and loading dock areas. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and vendor entry requirements, and report unusual activity or unauthorized access concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Assist with maintaining orderly vehicle and pedestrian flow around shipping, receiving, and delivery areas while following site‑specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
