Position Description: Customer Project Specialist I Version Dated: March 2026 Grade: C1 Job #: 90020311 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Branch Purpose Serve as key member of branch project management team and proficient user of SAP to ensure customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to servicing Company customers on project orders. Responsibilities Perform order entry of job lot orders, including order acknowledgements to customers. Coordinate fixture package and gear releases, including expediting of drawings and approvals, updating shipping schedules to customers, expediting deliveries with suppliers, and coordinating warehouse deliveries to ensure on time performance. Execute accurate job lot billing to customers utilizing software and process supplier invoices on projects for payment. Proactively produce various reports to customers and suppliers from project software throughout project period. Requirements Minimum Job Requirements No experience required: Entry level position High school diploma or GED required Preferred Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience preferred: Some customer service experience in a related electrical industry preferred Four-year degree preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge Knowledge of the Company's products and services Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of SAP Skills Oral and written communication skills Customer service skills Abilities Ability to work with all levels of employees and management both internally and externally Ability to be detail oriented Working Conditions Traditional office environment. Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Compensation Details: The expected pay range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
