Front Desk Lead/RCMG

Seeking an Experienced Medical Front Desk Lead to lead and support front desk operations at Rush Pediatrics Aurora, Rush Pediatrics Aurora Ridge, and Rush Pediatrics & Family Medicine Oswego. Will work 1 - 2 days per week at each location. Must be able to open any clinic at 7:30 / 7:45 if there is a team member call off. May be asked to cover an evening or Saturday morning periodically. Position Summary: Responsible for front office duties including greeting, registering and discharging all patients; answering incoming phone calls, responding to general patient requests, scheduling patient appointments, proficient knowledge of insurance, leader in financial collections. Lead will also be responsible for front desk oversight including supervising day-to-day activities of front office staff at three locations. This role is 25% covering front desk tasks, 25% training, leading, & reviewing the activities of the front desk team, and 50% operational/admin support for clinics/manager=updating UKG, EPIC templates, PTO tracking, Excel quality reports, building & updating Excel schedules for 50 people over 3 locations. Lead Duties and Responsibilities Serves as team leader to develop and monitor daily front-office workflow, solves daily problems, and serves as back-up to manager as needed Creates staff schedules and adjusts daily staff assignments Conducting daily, monthly, annual reports as directed by Practice Manager for front desk tasks and quality assurance projects Supply management and procurement Epic Templating, UKG time keeping Onboarding and Training Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Minimum of two years previous medical practice and/or billing experience. Experience with Microsoft Office is highly desired. EPIC is highly desired. Pleasant, effective verbal and written communication skills essential. Strong customer service Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented Flexible; able to adapt to change, able to move between offices Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus $18.87 - $29.73 Hourly RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
