CNA - LTC/SNF

$575.28/week - Job Summary: Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support healthcare teams by assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff. Follow infection control protocols, including PPE use and hand hygiene. Support medication administration and assist with mobility and transfers. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Adhere to facility policies and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Qualifications: Current CNA certification in the state of practice. Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred. Ability to work rotating schedules and float areas as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in patient care. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
