On-Premise Beverage Driver-Sales (Based in Puyallup) Olympic Eagle Distributing Puyallup, WA, Washington, United States About this position GENERAL SCOPE: Opportunity to be a part of a new endeavor to build and grow our on-premise beverage distribution in greater King and Snohomish County. This new and unique position is responsible for selling & delivering bars, taverns, restaurants, venues, etc. by planning, cold calling and solicitation. We seek a self-motivated, structured, coachable individual looking to be a part of something new and exciting. Full-time union position. Monday-Friday hours. No CDL required. What you will do: Assist the Northern Territory Manager in establishing and growing sales of specific beverages in greater King County; selling off a truck “driver-sell” style. Desire to gain hands-on sales experience and embrace an opportunity to grow in the company. Plan your next day of sales for adequate inventory on-hand and sales support material. Driving vehicle to retail locations to service and maintain in line with company standards for customer service Professionally represent the company while soliciting sales and delivering products from your vehicle Foster good relationships with your customers as you build rapport with them Work your delivery of beverage products, including cases and kegs of beer into customer coolers, storage rooms, and backstock areas. Merchandise your stores as needed, sometimes as a non-delivery call back. Compensation $57,386/yr base Pay for Performance Company sponsored Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance to all Full Time Employees. WORKING CONDITIONS:

Driving to Warehouse, then to and from Customer locations. Customer locations are typically retail accounts and may include but are not limited to the following; independent bars, taverns, venues and restaurants as well as occasionally chain supermarkets and c-stores, independent grocery stores and c-stores. Pay listed is NOT inclusive of Pay for Performance Incentives

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally bend. Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. This position requires the extensive use of hands and arms to lift, fill, rotate and face product, as well as the ability to reach top shelves of stores.
