Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, adapt to individual needs, collaborate with peers, refer for additional care when necessary, and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. If the Physical Therapy degree was earned outside of the U.S., it must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback
