Deputy QC ManagerSupport job function of deputy QC manager for other applicable tasksAdhere to and follow all GMPs and SOPsOperate QC lab equipment including but not limited to water activity meter, Ro Tap, microscope, HPLCAnalyze and effectively communicate dataDevelop AI commands for efficiencyRelease RI and RP in a timely manner when they are qualified for releaseAssist in certification upkeep (Organic, GFCO, Kosher, etc.)Assist in pulling raw ingredient (RI) and raw packaging (RP) samples using GMPs when demand is highDigitize paper batch recordsPerform periodic GMP checks on the production floorAssist in preoperational checks and procedures during busy seasonsHigh school diploma or GED currently in university majoring in a STEM fieldLab knowledge and experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Spanish (preferred but not required)Proficiency with Microsoft, AI, and basic computer systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skillsEagerness to learn new skills and growAscending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the likeConstantly moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
