About this role
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant will support the OMFS/Dentistry Clinic at a medical center located in Los Angeles, CA.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate : $26/HR
Qualifications:
LICENSE:
A Radiation Safety License issued by the Dental Board of California -OR- A certificate of compliance from an approved Board course in radiation safety.

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant will support the OMFS/Dentistry Clinic at a medical center located in Los Angeles, CA.

Pay Rate : $26/HR
Qualifications:
- Assisting chairside during dental procedures
- Passing instruments and preparing compounds/medications
- Taking and processing X-rays
- Assisting with dental impressions
- Scheduling new and returning patients
- Preparing and maintaining patient records
- Follow infection control protocols for room turnover,
- Adhere to infection control protocols for water quality, instrument sterilization, and room turnover
- Utilizing computer database systems to retrieve and enter patient information
- Qualified candidates should have a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare setting and be proficient in the following duties:
