Dermatology Health & Science Specialist (AA) Boston N, MA

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive dermatology therapy adoption by engaging healthcare providers, building customer relationships, and navigating reimbursement pathways. The role requires strategic account management, clinical expertise, and omnichannel selling capabilities within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive product adoption and meet sales objectives
• Build relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing decisions
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support programs to improve patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and provide field insights to support product launches and strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 8+ years work experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years work experience
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
• Specialty sales experience preferred, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement landscape
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models
• Ability to travel within territory and reside at workable distance from assigned accounts

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 annual base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
