We are looking for new financial accountants to join our growing organization.Job Title: Financial AccountantWe are seeking detail-oriented financial accountants who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients. Your ability to manage client relationships, handle client concerns, and provide timely financial reporting will be crucial to our clients' satisfaction and our company's success.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 1-2 years Accounting and bookkeeping experienceProficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting softwareExperience managing multiple clientsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work during normal business hours to support our clientsResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clientsPrepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsReconcile bank and credit card accountsManage accounts payable and receivable processesProcess payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulationsAssist with budgeting and forecastingMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with client projectsAssist with year-end close and tax filings as neededBenefits:We want you to have the work/life balance you desireWe offer a competitive salary and flexible leave. Base compensation is 65K to 75K.
