Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant
Compensation $18 -$23 per hour (Based on Experience and Qualifications)
No Experience Required – Training Provided
Primary Location: North Ave Braces, Chicago, IL

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. No previous dental or orthodontic experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate!
Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and hardworking Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys working with patients and is eager to learn.
This position will be primarily based at North Ave Braces, with occasional travel to our other office locations in Cicero, Bedford Park, Summit, Oak Park, and Oak Brook based on operational needs .
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to work at different locations when needed.
Responsibilities
● Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments.
● Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
● Learn orthodontic procedures through hands-on training.
● Assist with orthodontic procedures under appropriate supervision and as permitted by law.
● Take patient photographs and assist with digital scans.
● Educate patients about braces care and oral hygiene.
● Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment.
● Maintain accurate patient records.
● Help ensure efficient patient flow.
● Support other office locations when needed.
Qualifications
● No previous dental or orthodontic experience required.
● Willingness to learn and receive training.
● Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to other locations when needed.
● Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
● Friendly personality and strong communication skills.
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
