Shipping and Receiving Associate

Position: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Sauk Village, Illinois

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Unload trucks, verify goods, inspect for damage, and document discrepancies
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment; prepare shipping documents (B/L) and arrange carrier pickups
Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate stock levels, and organize the warehouse
Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment for safe material handling
Log shipments, update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems, file claims, and ensure compliance
Maintain a clean, safe workspace following OSHA safety protocols

Qualifications:

Experience in warehousing and logistics
Forklift operation experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills
Ability to lift and handle materials safely
Familiarity with ERP and WMS software
