Lawn Care Technician / Specialist

Naturescape of Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role is part of a stable, family‑owned business with a close‑knit team.

PAY & COMPENSATION

Starting Wage: $19/hr Expected Average: $19/hr - $26/hr Top Earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone! Weekly Bonus Potential: Most specialists earn a bonus every single week In addition, overtime opportunities are frequently available.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAWN CARE SPECIALIST

Your primary responsibility is to be the face of our company in the field. You are managing a route and transforming landscapes across our service area. You will typically work 10‑hour days, 4 days per week (variations due to weather and customer needs). You navigate to residential and commercial properties where you complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You take pride in the “before and after,” knowing that your work on a lawn and landscape directly enhances a customer's home and their pride in their property. You are more than a technician; you are a consultant and problem‑solver. Because you work in a high‑visibility role, you are the first person a customer sees when they have a question about their landscape. You use our provided training to assess lawn health and landscape needs, building rapport that makes our customers feel like they have a “pro in the family.” Adaptability is the heartbeat of this role. You pivot to snow removal during winter, ensuring our customers stay safe and mobile. This is a licensed specialist position, meaning you perform high‑impact work who has state pesticide certifications. Your most important responsibility is your own development. We expect you to be hungry to learn. You are part of a team that values “learning by doing.” Whether you have previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower, you bring a “can‑do” attitude and a willingness to be coached.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs Motivated with a desire to learn No lawn care or landscape experience is required; we provide paid training.
