Delivering Solutions that Matter: Assist with coordinating fundraising and development activities, including donor communications, appeals, events, and stewardship initiatives. Assist with maintaining accurate donor and prospect records, ensuring timely updates to databases, acknowledgments, and correspondence. Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and community engagement activities. Assist with grant research, proposal preparation, reporting, and other materials to support organizational funding opportunities. Collaborate with leadership, volunteers, donors, and community partners to strengthen relationships and support the organization's development goals. Qualifications for Success: Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Will consider equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or community relations. Knowledge of fundraising best practices, charitable giving, sponsorships, grants, and donor database management. Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with donor management systems preferred.
