Valet / PorterTo aid all departments to insure positive customer relation areas. Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.Essential Duties:Pickup and delivery of all customer and stock unit vehicles from Toyota/Lexus/PDIPickup/Delivery of Customer Vehicles to Local Vendor locationsPerform vehicle inspections of Customer VehiclesUtilize Calendar to communicate effectively to all departmentsPickup/Delivery of partsPickup/Delivery of customers to and from shopMaintain a clean shop areaAssist with any other duties assigned by shop managerQualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, ETC:High School Graduate or GEDComputer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Work, etc.Attention to detail, fast learning skills, multi-task individualExcellent phone skillsSkills/Reasoning Ability/Performance Expectations:Employee continuously demonstrates professional and inter-personal skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers which will ultimately result in higher customer satisfaction. Social skills that provide an environment of support and achieving goals together as a team. Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
