Accounting Assistant

We're looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and handling high-volume data with accuracy. If you're someone who takes pride in precision and likes structured, task-focused work, this will be a great fit. Responsibilities include processing invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks, performing high-volume data entry with strong accuracy, supporting administrative and financial workflows, maintaining organized and up-to-date records, and assisting the team with day-to-day operational tasks. Important: This is an on-site role in Miami, FL. Applicants must be local and available to work in person. We do not provide relocation assistance.

Requirements include being bilingual in English and Spanish (professional level required), experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, payments, basic accounting), strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, experience handling high-volume data entry, being highly detail-oriented and organized, and being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working independently. Bonus: Experience with trucking compliance.
