Location: Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Setting: School-Based & Outpatient Pediatrics

License Requirement: Arkansas Physical Therapy License

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services in both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings in Bentonville, Arkansas. This unique position offers the opportunity to support children across a variety of environments, helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, endurance, and participation in daily activities.

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy services in school and outpatient settings.

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and care planning as needed.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
