What you will be doing: monitoring assignments of non-licensed associates overseeing activities of nursing services on assigned units resident rounds upkeeps all medical records maintaining infectious control standards monitoring nutritional status other duties as assigned What we are looking for: Ability to uphold our core values, and follow policies and procedures. Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff. Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to the resident’s bill of rights. Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts. Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask). Must be currently licensed as an RN. Current CPR & first aid certification is required. 2-3 years previous experience preferred.
