About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee a portfolio of properties within a specific geographic region. This role involves regular property audits, staff development, performance appraisal, financial monitoring, and resolution of elevated customer and employee issues. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in budget preparation, capital project management, and will be expected to embody and reinforce the company's core values. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience as an apartment property manager or leader, or at least 8 years in a management role within apartment property operations. A valid driver's license is required, and for South Carolina operations, a Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) license is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial software used in apartment operations, a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
