Join us.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Senior Program Manager, Market Readiness & Growth Programs, serves as the strategic interface between Professional Services and key commercial stakeholder groups across OpenText, including Business Unit Specialist Sales, Professional Services Business Unit Leads, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales Leadership. This role ensures Professional Services is aligned to evolving product growth strategies, sales motions, market priorities, and strategic account initiatives by translating those signals into actionable growth programs, go-to-market plans, enablement strategies, commercialization activities, and portfolio recommendations.Success requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizations that do not report into Professional Services.
