Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

$1156.68/week - Job Summary: Provide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through skilled clinical interventions and compassionate support. Responsibilities: Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately in accordance with facility protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition. Document patient care activities thoroughly and in a timely manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of practice. Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments. Ability to wear a photo ID badge and adhere to facility security protocols. Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination series or possess a valid medical/religious exemption. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
