We are looking for experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Perris, CA and surrounding areas- with PRN positions available for clinicians who will accept patients for the duration of their stay. Areas Of Responsibility Include But Are Not Limited To Assess, counsel, and direct medically complex patients by developing individualized treatment plans to assist with adjustment to disability, resource linkage, and behavior modification Qualifications Completion of a Master's degree in Social Work and state licensure as an LCSW are required Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must Collage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer.
