Job Description The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the business development of the assigned territory, working remotely, while managing the existing client portfolio and acquiring new business opportunities. On a daily basis, the Senior Area Sales Manager will analyze customer needs, propose cutting and welding solutions tailored to their production requirements, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to order closing. In this role, the individual will coordinate visits, calls, and technical presentations, collaborating with the internal team to deliver efficient and timely service. This is a full-time position requiring commercial planning skills, regular reporting on results, and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in area sales management and business development, preferably within the industrial or metalworking sector.

• Strong skills in sales techniques, negotiation, and managing B2B customer relationships.

• Good understanding of cutting and welding processes, or a strong motivation to learn the technical aspects of the industry.

• Excellent communication skills, remote work organization, autonomy in planning activities, and proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Office suite, videoconferencing platforms).

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area, goal-oriented mindset, strong teamwork attitude, and professional fluency in English.

• Requires periodic travel to company headquarters in Italy to host customer visits and undergo technical training and product updates.
