Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Delaware Express, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth in the travel industry. This full-time position involves booking transportation services, upselling additional services, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service and solve problems with a smile. Reservation Management: Book reservations for transportation services, including airport shuttles and private charters. Sales Growth: Drive sales by recommending additional services and upselling when opportunities arise. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers, answer their questions, and ensure their trips go smoothly. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations from bookings to final destinations. Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
