General Laborer

Our client, a leading paper manufacturing company, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the Mill Operations Department supporting the Production, Housekeeping, and Material Handling teams. The ideal candidate will have reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform general labor duties throughout the paper mill, including cleaning, housekeeping, and material handling.
• Assist production operations by moving materials, cutting cores, banding products, and preparing items for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed to transport supplies, waste, and materials.
• Maintain compliance with plant safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Stock supplies, support housekeeping audits, and perform additional duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

Flexibility to work rotating 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as scheduled. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work including bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
