Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift The Manufacturing Technician position is located in the Wilmington, MA area and is responsible for operating production equipment while ensuring high-quality standards in the manufacturing of medical implants and components. Shift of the Manufacturing Technician: M-F 7am-3:30pm Pay Rateof the Manufacturing Technician: $20-23/hr Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician: Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across the organization. Understand the objectives and responsibilities of the Manufacturing department and work towards those goals. Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions. Execute daily maintenance and start-up activities. Perform machine set-ups and operate machinery and processing equipment. Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; experience in a medical device or regulated environment preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Good verbal and written communication skills.
