This is an in-person role focused on ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and participants through accuracy, responsiveness, teamwork, and service excellence. Making $18 / Hour Key Job Responsibilities: Deliver a welcoming, high-quality hospitality experience for clients, research assistants, and participants in an on-site environment. Greet, engage, and assist participants, research assistants, and clients while building positive, professional relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. Review project materials, accurately enter and maintain data, and prepare detailed reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactively identify and address client and participant needs, resolving concerns professionally and utilizing effective de-escalation techniques when necessary. Collaborate with team members to maintain a fast-paced, friendly, and professional workplace environment. Perform reception, administrative, hospitality, and other support duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
