Req ID: 1260 FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Range: $145,000 - 195,000 Position Summary Sr. Manager, Technical Solutions primary responsibility is developing new opportunities and creating positive outcomes as it relates to strategic business growth in the defense and aerospace sector. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Moderate travel requirements (20%). Develop and maintain new business opportunities linked to near and long‑term business strategies that provide the business with opportunities to grow revenue. Lead capture strategies and campaigns in support of opportunities. Develop extensive industry relationships with a strong understanding of existing and future programs within the customer base. Identify gaps in capabilities and solutions to expand our offerings. Support quote and proposal generation efforts that meet customers’ requirements; when assigned, act as capture manager and develop win strategies with the capture team. Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective customers; prepare and lead customer on‑site and remote engagements, including briefing materials. Share all relevant customer feedback with internal stakeholders. Prepare for and participate in select industry conferences and exhibits. Monitor the progress of company‑wide goals and initiatives and adjust plans accordingly. Skills and Requirements Degree in Business Management or Engineering, or 10+ years of experience in sales, program management, operations, or engineering. Moderate level of technical acumen. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Work Environment Medium‑to‑large office environment. Fast‑paced office environment. Noise level is usually moderate. Exposure to a combination of normal office type environments. Salary Range Base Salary Range: $145,000 to $195,000 (based on skills, education, and experience). Travel Requirements Moderate travel (20%).
