In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to help students recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance their overall physical function. You will play a vital role in providing quality care and addressing students' mobility goals in a school setting.This job goes until Jan with the potential to extend 1-2 months.You must have a valid MA physical therapy assistant license.Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred, particularly in skilled nursing facilities or acute care settings.Familiarity with physical therapy practicesStrong understanding of anatomy to assist in developing appropriate treatment strategies.Previous experience in schools will be beneficial for this position.Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients as we work together to promote healing and recovery through dedicated physical therapy assistance.
