Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing TechnicianThe Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting the production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels and related equipment. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, wiring, labeling, basic testing, and documentation support. The technician will also assist with logistics, including shipping, receiving, and off-site coordination with manufacturing partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:Panel build (mounting and wiring)Assist with shipping and receivingPrint wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as requiredOff-site manufacturing interface to verify progress, enforce standards, transport parts and printsBasic test and inspection of manufactured equipment (on-site and off-site)Cable assembly (solder and crimp connectors)Collect and prepare documentation for instruction booksField installation, panel modifications/repairsFind ways to contribute to help the Company achieve short and long-term goalsQualifications:What we need you to have:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand electrical schematicsBasic understanding of electricityExperience Soldering and CrimpingOperation of basic hand toolsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)What we'd love you to have:Two (2) years of professional electrical panel building experienceOverhead crane and lift-truck licenseAdditional Information:Travel Requirements – 5 - 10% travelApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa currently
