Pharmacy TechnicianThe Consultative Pharmacy Technician is a certified Pharmacy Technician who serves as the initial point of contact for calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers. You will handle a variety of moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support responsibilities, including performing calculations, and typically works on semi-routine assignments. You will report to the Market President.The Consultative Pharmacy Technician addresses questions related to specific assigned area and assists with medication research. Triages calls that require consultation with a pharmacist. Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedules medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. You will work within established guidelines to meet performance expectations and quality standards, while having some flexibility to prioritize tasks and manage timelines independently under minimal supervision. Standard policies and practices are followed, with limited opportunity for independent judgment and interpretation as needed.Required QualificationsMust have an active Pharmacy Technician licenseMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy TechnicianStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer applications at once, with accurate and efficient data entry skillsA positive, proactive mindset and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a physician practice, medical clinic, or provider office settingBilingual in English and SpanishWork Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FLAdditional Information: This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
