You'll travel between job sites in your own well-maintained vehicle and play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. All training, equipment, supplies, and uniforms are provided. Responsibilities Travel to assigned homes using your personal vehicle Perform high-quality cleaning services according to company standards Use our scheduling app to manage jobs and track hours Visit local office weekly to drop off soiled towels and resupply Maintain proper insurance and vehicle standards Ensure customer satisfaction and perform follow-up work corrections within 24 hours, if needed Maintain reliability, consistency, and clear communication with manager What You Bring Positive attitude and strong work ethic Love for cleaning and helping others Love for all pets (Dogs, Cats) Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong communication skills Reliable, insured personal vehicle Valid driver’s license Smartphone for scheduling app use Preferred (but not required) 1+ year of professional cleaning experience Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check Willingness to represent the brand professionally Our Culture Supportive and team-oriented Growth-focused with real advancement opportunities A positive, drama-free workplace Customer-focused and quality-driven Home Clean Heroes We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
