Growth Marketing Internship

Intern Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated, curious intern to support our commercial growth engine across multiple business units including laboratory services, certification, training/consulting, and an annual industry conference. This role blends Revenue Operations and Growth Marketing, helping improve pipeline management, CRM performance, prospecting execution, conference growth efforts, quoting processes, and cross-functional business development initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in ag business, business analytics, marketing operations, and learning how growth systems work inside a real organization. Responsibilities and Projects will include: Revenue Operations Maintain and improve CRM data quality Update account ownership, contacts, and opportunity records Support pipeline tracking and sales reporting Build prospect and target account lists Assist with quote creation using approved templatesMonitor follow-up activity and lead aging Growth Operations Support prospecting across business units: Food safety laboratory services, Certification services, Training & consulting Industry conference research decision-makers and market segments Support outbound campaigns and lead routing Assist with conference speaker, sponsor, and exhibitor outreach pipelines Track campaign and lead conversion performance Cross-Functional Support Identify dormant accounts and re-engagement opportunities Assist with dashboards and KPI reporting Improve workflows between sales, marketing, and customer experience teams Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team Assist with social media across multiple departments Requirements Preferred Qualifications Pursuing degree in Business, Ag Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Organized, detail-oriented, proactive Strong written communication skills Interest in sales, growth strategy, CRM systems, or operations Experience with Social Media is a plus What You'll Learn How pipeline and revenue systems operate How marketing and sales teams coordinate Prospecting strategy across multiple business lines CRM operations and business analytics Conference and Event Strategy Internship assignment will begin June 1, 2026 and will conclude no later than August 31, 2026.
