LOCATION: Pinedale, Wyoming PRACTICE MODALITY: Private Practice (1-2 Doctors) SCHEDULE: Full time (5 days) COMPENSATION: 150,000 to 175,000 BENEFITS: • Retirement Plan (401K or SIMPLE IRA) • Health Benefits • PTO • Student Loan Repayment SPECIALTIES: • Primary Care • Pediatrics • Binocular / Vision Therapy • Speciality Contact Lens • Dry Eyes / Aesthetics • Ocular Disease PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS: The starting salary is 150k for 4 work days with revenue sharing bonus (can be anywhere between 10k and 20k typically). I also have possible student loan payment option through Vision Source but that has to be verified. In addition, I have another location that the doc can work at (has to travel 100 miles) for extra 25k per year. So base salary could be as high as 175k if willing to work extra day at different location. SOURCING CHANNEL: ODs on Finance (50/50 Direct Placement Split)
