DevOps Engineer (Technology & Infrastructure)

This is a remote position. The employer is an innovative and fast-growing crypto financial startup specialized in cryptocurrency and digital asset management. They are building secure and scalable digital finance infrastructures offering a seamless experience and an intuitive interface simplifying trading, investing, and management of digital assets. They leverage advanced blockchain technology and data-driven insights to offer tailored investment strategies, real-time analytics, and seamless transaction experiences. Their platform empowers individuals and businesses to navigate the complex world of digital finance with confidence and clarity, and execute trades with confidence They are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Technology & Infrastructure) to help design, maintain and scale their cloud and deployment systems as they grow. You will join the team in charge of building a secure and scalable technology foundation, and improving the state-of-the-art encryption and blockchain technology of the trading platform that ensures customers assets are protected at all times and empowers them to make informed investment decisions.

MISSIONS

• Maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing their cloud infrastructure.
• Infrastructure automation.
• System monitoring and reliability.
• CI/CD pipeline management.
• Implementing security best practices to support the company's platforms and operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven DevOps experience, with at least 2+ years in Web3/Blockchain.
• Experience working across top crypto, blockchain, DeFi, fintech, and digital asset infrastructure organizations.
• Stack: Github Actions, Gitlab, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform
• Familiar with multiple blockchain ecosystems, both public and private
• Strong understanding of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus models.
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating across product and infrastructure.
