Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Deliver Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure seamless, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Equip patients and their families with knowledge of therapy methods to facilitate continuous improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adapt Techniques: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatments accordingly, ensuring patients are on the right path

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Support for ongoing education and post-graduate credentials is available

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
