Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct nursing care tailored to age-specific physiological needs, following established care protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Promote a safe clinical environment by recognizing and responding to life-threatening situations promptly.
• Engage in continuous performance improvement activities and uphold quality standards.
• Foster respectful and supportive relationships with patients, honoring their cultural and spiritual preferences within medical guidelines.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a compact state or the relevant regional licensure is mandatory.
