What You'll Do / Lo Que Hars

• Assist potential borrowers and current customers with loan product questions.
• Evaluate vehicles and manage customer loans and payments.
• Communicate with customers daily regarding their accounts.
• Make courtesy calls as needed to provide exceptional customer service.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, not required.

Education / Educacin:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience / Experiencia:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Computer and data entry skills.
