Paralegal

The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented paralegal ready to take ownership of real work across various areas of law, including business litigation, landlord/tenant matters (including landlord-side evictions), small business formation, and general corporate matters in California, Utah, and Illinois. You’ll work directly alongside our attorney — not just filing and scheduling, but contributing meaningfully to matters that move. Flexible hours and remote-friendly; results are what matter. Responsibilities Litigation Support, including legal research and drafting for pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Transaction Support, including research and drafting corporate and business law agreements Trial prep – organizing exhibits, prepping witnesses, handling logistics Calendar and deadline management for active matters Qualifications 2+ years of paralegal or law office experience Familiarity with California civil litigation procedures Strong writing, research, and organizational skills Comfortable with document management and legal research platforms Compensation $70,500 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
