BUSINESS MANAGER

Duties
You will be responsible for making organization-wide decisions and establishing the plans and goals that affect the entire organization.
You will exercise full authority in planning and scheduling work; assigning work to employees; and accepting, amending or rejecting completed work.
You will assure that production and accuracy requirements are met; interviewing and selecting employees for vacant positions, recommending performance standards and ratings; approving leave; and effecting minor disciplinary measures.
You will participate in pay pool meetings and will be responsible for assisting in classifying positions.
You will recommend appointments, promotions, and reassignments, determine disciplinary measures, as necessary, regularly mentor and proactively promote career development and training for each employee.
You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
