As a Designer II at Ware Malcomb, you will be responsible for the development of space plans, concepts, creation of program documents, finish plans, specifications, and material selections for interior design projects. You will be working on diverse projects, supporting the project team across the firm’s 28 office locations. Our portfolio includes workplace, retail, mixed‑use, hospitality, and healthcare projects. This is a full‑time, long‑term position. Responsibilities Provide AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents. Produce graphics through 3D renderings and computer illustrations. Create finish plans, specifications, and material selections. Assist the design lead with project coordination related to design concepts. Support the design lead in meetings with consultants, furniture dealers, product representatives, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives. Assist in the development of space‑planning concepts and creation of program documents. Handle submittals during the construction administration phase. Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, industry partners, and other team members. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Interior Design. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Ability to create complete presentation packages. Proficiency in essential interior design technical skills, including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp. Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as 3D Studio Max and Lumion (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr Waremalcomb
