Emergency Medicine Physician - Low Patient Volume + Shift Bonuses

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Physicians to join our team across our Houston-area freestanding emergency room locations. This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for a flexible ER position in a low-volume clinical environment, allowing you to provide attentive, high-quality patient care without the consistently heavy patient volume often associated with traditional hospital emergency departments. In addition to competitive shift compensation, physicians have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses during their shifts, including Critical Care and Observation Care bonuses, providing added earning potential based on the care provided.
