Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a mental health setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California (or compact privilege)
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an inpatient or mental health setting preferred
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and unit priorities
