AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to give each guest a memorable shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. Job Description Your responsibilities include engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, educating them on product details, introducing the AEO loyalty program, and flexing between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You solve problems proactively, maintain integrity, and support your teammates. Your Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, showing a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit guest needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You can easily shift between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. You solve guest concerns proactively while following company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist teammates to get the job done. You act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
