Advanced Front-End Developer

The Candidate will perform highly advanced front-end development with backend integration work as part of the Administrative Application's section's project team(s) with direction and guidance from Technical Lead and Applications Services Management. The primary responsibility of this position is to work with Business and Technical SMEs and internal/external stakeholders to create and maintain the REACT technology-based web applications. This role will work on drawing the UI/UX design of new applications from conception to completion and work with the cross-functional team members for the development of the features. The Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on technical experience with.NET framework and React.JS development and proven success designing, developing, and implementing front-end web applications for a large organization in Microsoft/Linux environment. The primary goal of the Candidate will be to drive, assist and implement web application developments and updates.

CPA will require the Candidate to work on the following initiatives and will perform advanced analysis/programming tasks such as:

• Designs, develops, and implements web applications based on .NET technologies with REACT JS, Node JS, web services and SQL server backend.
• As part of the application development team, takes lead to solve technical challenges with industry best practices.
• Addresses and resolves complex technical issues with internal/external customers, builds good communication protocols and updates management team with the weekly/monthly status.
• Performing extensive code reviews and analysis.
• Writing reports on code analysis to determine if industry standards and best practices are being followed; provide analysis to address found shortcomings.
• Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to existing development staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 10 - Required - Experience with REACT.JS and/or Angular / Javascript based Frontend development
• 10 - Required - Experience in architecting micro-frontend applications, use of module federation
• 10 - Required - Experience in creating UX/UI designs and Prototypes using REACT and Figma developer suites
• 10 - Required - Experience in creating style sheets and themes, applying them in the application
• 10 - Required - Experience in creating Custom components to be used in the application
• 10 - Required - Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• 10 - Required - Experience in creating horizontal and vertical micro-frontends
• 10 - Required - Experience in working with state management and sharing of states between micro-frontends
• 10 - Required - Experience in front-end state management with redux
• 10 - Required - Experience in containerizing frontend applications
• 8 - Required - Experience with container-oriented architecture using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• 8 - Required - Experience with integrating microservices
• 8 - Required - Experience with highly complex application security requirements
• 8 - Required - Experience with code reviews and in-depth code analysis
• 8 - Required - Experience with Webpack or similar related tool
• 8 - Required - Experience with Git, Bitbucket
• 8 - Required - Experience with WCAG 2.0 Standards, 508 Compliance/Web Accessibility
• 8 - Required - Experience completing system documentation
